Houston GT3

Can someone tell me where my 2018 gt3 head light socket wrench is housed in the frunk? Car at the shop & mechanic can't find

Edit: See below to more recent posts. My assumption was 991.1 and 991.2 were the same.

Should be in the toolkit in the bottom of the frunk. There will be a little plastic container in there that has a screwdriver as well as the headlight socket wrench. Part number 1 in this pic.

For the 991.2’s they stopped including the tool. The headlights are bolted in.

This is good info. Thanks for the correction. I don't have a 991.2 in front of me, so I figured they would be the same.

No longer can they be removed with a tool. Porsche started using an additional plastic cradle over the old housing, the craddle is bolted to the headlights, and the cradle is bolted to the car's body. Apparently, it was too easy to steal these expensive headlights.

The tool comes in the toolkit from the 986 up until the 981 and 991.1.

So, search for how to remove the front bumper, as that's needed.
