Yes, you are right. I met him by sheer coincidence - he was too busy that day to join the festivities but lent the GT3 RS to one of his friends who had more time that day - the friend kindly accompanied me to Stelvio and Bernina, and took some truly amazing photos. An amazing chance encounter

this is a fabulous thread with some great cars and pics, overall, lighter colors seems to suit the design better, as does non black interiors, stone guards look ugly & wrapping the A pillar is a big improvement

Removing the wrap makes the car look like a regular cabriolet.
Also, it looses part of the magic of the removable windscreen of the 356, and that of the black pillars in subsequent speedsters.
More over, guys who do it, are doing a disservice to future owners of these cars as I seriously doubt that you can order the OEM part.
