I seriously doubt this is Walter's Speedster. Why would he need to go through the trouble of getting these things done aftermarket? He is WR after all, so he has the full disposal of special project at Exclusive.
Moreover, if you look at the other pictures of this car on Instagram, you can see that this car has Walter's own signature underneath the front hood. Why would Walter feel the need to sign his own car? Is he so infatuated with his own name that he needs to do that?

The more I see the Heritage package, the more grateful I become for the dealership messing up my PTS color and getting me the heritage Speedster instead.
