Ok....this is gathering some nice momentum. I hadn't intended to do another group buy, but you all have spoken.
So, welcome to RENNtorq group buy #4.
- The group buy will remain open until March 3rd.
- At that point all commitments will be finalized, payments sent, and I will start building tools
- All tools should ship by March 13th or sooner (if we get above 20 the late comers may be delayed at extra few days)
- The larger the final group, the larger the discount so make sure you mention it to your fellow center lock owners
- In order to provide the largest discount, payments will be accepted with one of three fee-less options: Venmo, Zelle, or check (old school is fun every now and then!)
- Discount off retail price ($2,260) will be:
- <10 tools, $125 discount
- 10 - 15 tools, $150 discount
- 15 - 20 tools, $200 discount
- >20 tools, $225 discount
- By taking advantage of the Group Buy you will be getting ahead of a 4.5% retail price increase that will be implemented in mid-March (supply chain costs continue to go up)
For those below who have indicated interest please confirm if you are still in. I'll add to the list as I hear from additional folks.
As always, thanks for all the great Rennlist support!
John
The RENNtorq will work on any centerlock car in your collection - including CGTs
I see Version 2 will work for 992 GT3s. Does this also work for 992 Turbo S models? I imagine it does, but wanted to double check before adding my name.
Yes, the RENNtorq V2 will work on both the 992 GT3 and 992 Turbo S. If you have any other questions just let me know.

Nice momentum and looks like we're at the max GB discount! John, what are the purchasing logistics at this point - should we contact you directly to place an order?
Great question Nik. If the folks in the GB could please email me direct (no PMs please) at renntorq@gmail.com with the method of payment you would prefer (Venmo, Zelle, or check), and the address you would like the tool shipped to, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
John
