Ok.... So not what i have experienced last week after a wrong pads installation from my dealer..... I had a soft pedal and a terrible noise with the brakes released.... My indy shop found that the problem was a metallic clip installed in a wrong way on each calipers..... Arrrrrghhhhg
+1
I had a similar issue. It wasn't letting the pad fully release after the clip shifted. Once reset noise was gone.
Bumping this....OP did you ever get the issue resolved? I noticed the same thing on my '19 touring when taking it out for a drive yesterday. Squeal/squeak at low speed with no brakes applied. I'm at ~1500 miles.

I'll advise soon. I called my dealer and am going to take the car in soon to have it checked out. Initial prognosis over the phone was a rock or something got caught in the caliper, but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me because the sound only generates once the brakes are up to temp.

Is there a chance of harming the rotors by continuing to drive?
Have you examined the rotors for any uneven surface or gouging? That is the fear from a rock as it could destroy that expensive rotor

FWIW, my PCCBs squeal upon braking once the brakes are up to temp but are quiet on a cold start. A week or so again, I noticed a different noise coming from my GT3 when the vehicle is at low speeds with no brake pressure applied. It's a lightly audible squealing/scraping noise that increases in frequency as speed increases, and decreases as the vehicle slows down. Once you hit about 20 MPH, the sound goes away but the only reason why I think this is the case is because other noises in the vehicle are covering up the squeal/scrape noise at lower speed. Because of this, I definitely think it's something pad related, perhaps pad drag, because of the fact that (a) it happens only when the wheels are rotating and (b) this noise happens when brakes are not applied.
Does anyone have any opinions here? What is interesting here is the noise really only comes up once the brakes get up to temp. Is this typical for pad drag or do I have a different issue? Again, the noise only comes up as the vehicle is moving when the brakes are not applied, and increases in frequency of the sound as the vehicle speed changes.
WOW, The Porsche dealer in Bari did this?

It turns out the dealer found a rock behind the dust shield. I'm picking the car up tomorrow and will report back if I hear the sound.
I'm noticing the same thing on my 2016 gt3rs; original pads, 1,200 miles. car goes in for service in a few days... will report back on what they find.
for me between 7-12 mph I hear the grinding/rattling; above/below that... nothing. no brakes applied. happens on acceleration with throttle applied, as well as decel while coasting down.
