Cool PDK RATTLE .2GT3
Hi All

Just picked up .2 GT3 with a PDK and I'm hearing what sounds like a clutch rattle at idle and when in stop and go traffic. Im coming from a manual GT4 and and PDK C4S and have not experienced this rattle in a PDK in my 4S. Is that typical of a GT3? Car is a CPO and dealer said it was a normal thing for these cars I just wanted to check.

It is normal. But, why does it make this noise? I am curious of the technical reason?

It's normal, the PDK in the GT3 is very different then the one you had before. It doesn't creep, there's no kick down switch on the throttle, it will roll backwards and other things. It really operates like a manual car with two pedals.

Normal....coins in a tomato can noises.........does get a bit quieter once broken in.........

Its less transmission noise than in a .1 and much much less than in a racecar. So don't complain - enjoy it ;D
