I will add 3 seconds to the GT2 RS based on your hints for a 2:14/2:15.
Sellers was remarkable quick, and the R are 2 seconds faster, the rest all the same.
And then 2:17 / 2:18 is there is a 3 / 4 second delta based on on the massive power for the GT3 RS Just based on different day not much setup by Porsche for these two cars after the runs started.
I had assumed that they fiddled with setup during testing, but apparently didn't..
The track changes daily, so its the delta that counts not overall lap times.

For the purposes of keeping it simple, closest guess to GT2 RS's lap time without going over wins a back issue of 000 of her or his choosing that isn't sold out.

Just my opinion on a public forum, nothing scientific here.
Based on the close performance the Cup2R has to the R7 and the plenty of sets of Hoosier I have run for years, I will predict the lap times from Randy in both cars.
Using Sellers's best lap in a GT2RS with Cup2-N2 tires and minimal setup at 2:17.04 in better weather, I will give Pobst on equal Cup2-N2 tires but not the nicest weather compared to Seller's day a 1 second disadvantage.
My prediction for the GT2RS lap on Cup2R driven by Randy Pobst with all nannies off, and the car set for full aero: 2:14.665.
My prediction for the 991.2 GT3 RS lap (same Cup2R tires): 2:16.807
Despite of the long back straight at Road Atlanta, the GT2RS only went 1.36 seconds faster than the GT3RS. Road America has a long main straight, but the GT3RS is plenty lighter and has better weight distribution, it also has more downforce at high speeds, and Road America is one of the few places in U.S. where there are high speed turns. Plenty of outlets have placed the GT2RS on the scales, and it carries some weight, around 150 lbs over a same equipment GT3RS. Normally, I drop around 1.2 seconds per lap at Sebring when I run low on fuel compared to a full tank, and I tend to use a 0.5s advantage on this track per every 100 lbs removed and every minute I'm on the track with a 996/997/991 GT car. Extra weight requires earlier braking and lower minimum speeds on the turns.
These two cars lapped the Nurburgring on the same Cup2R (different days though) 9 seconds apart. On average around the Nurburgring, the GT2RS was putting 1 second on the GT3RS every 45 seconds, but looking at the segments the reality looks plenty different. Just entering the main straight and up to that dip by the finish of the full throttle straight, the GT2RS puts a 3 seconds advantage in just ~30 secs, so the GT2RS built the remaining 6 seconds advantage over the GT3RS in the rest of the lap. Essentially, the GT2RS built a 6 secs advantage after 6 minutes and 17 seconds, pretty close to a 1 second gain per minute. This is a small difference.
I track a nearly 700Hp 991.1 Turbo S that has been lightened to near GT2RS levels, on same tires compared to my old 991.1 GT3RS, this Turbo S produces a lap time over 1 second faster at Palm Beach Intl Raceway, but at Sebring my old .1 GT3RS lapped quicker than my TurboS, so big power isn't everything.

^^ And I have video of a GT2RS becoming a little dot in the distance at Spa as well, caught him again under braking (Not great, because I really miss my ST Rotors) and cornering.
Could be driver, could be that its easier to keep momentum and throttle out of the corner...
But 1.36 seconds seems too little when compared to the Road ATL difference.
