Thanks for taking the time to comment but I feel you should have started with number 4.

4. Firstly, anyone looking for contentment on this platform needs to explore other avenues to nirvana. Secondly, your inability to understand the issue relates directly to your incorrect assumptions which more often than not are veiled as questions. I'll try to respond in the reverse numbered order.

3. Yes to .2 RS and its wonderful. NO to your assumption about me paying ADM... I never have, but have absolutely no issue with anyone paying it. I have an issue with dealers charging it on new cars... BUT ADM is not the issue or point to my post. The issue is quite simple, tstafford has put it succinctly and probably better than I did.

2. Yeah I'm really upset at others getting the car at MSRP... what a moronic question/assumption! I don't consider myself a GOLDEN BOY and unique. I and the group I'm involved with actively pass on MSRP allocations that we're offered to our members.

1. Read my response to #3...

Point yourself over to my response to Golden Boy. Man I feel odd about typing that handle...

Its a free market. Msrp is manufacuters suggested retail price. Not what car needs to be sold for by dealer just suggested

Pay attention rennlist he and his group ACTIVELY pass on msrp cars. Congrats haku... can i have your autograph???

amen

there are msrp cars, but you have to have a buying history. or friend of someone with buying history.

Once again I obviously wasn’t clear enough and assumed you’d understand...and probably would have read the entire sentence. Not to worry, I’ll state it differently. We “pass on” msrp car that are offered to us by dealers to our members. Clear enough? Maybe still unclear. A well meaning dealer may sometimes call us, “we have a car at msrp, would one of your members be interested?”... and we do. Clearer?

We’re done.

I don't think HAKU meant that his group passes on MSRP cars ( i.e..does'nt buy) but rather, his group passes the opportunities to purchase MSRP cars, on to others who are searching for cars. Best, Allan

Got my .2 3RS new about six months ago at $24K ADM with the expectation that it would eventually be at MSRP. The fun I have had so far tracking and sharing great memories with friends and my son is priceless. Life clock is ticking!

That's how I got my 18 Lava GT3. Message from HAKU and call to Tyler Heinzelmann at Perimeter. Super easy transaction and the car was purchased at MSRP. Highly recommend Tyler and Porsche Atlanta Perimeter.

We have a list of Smokies who would snap them up.

p.s. lets not make this a debate about MSRP vs ADM (low or high it doesn't matter adm is adm).
Please post all this banter you speak of. What a worthless thread.

(1) starts thread to whine about people daring to suggest .2 3rs cars are available at MSRP. (2) brags that he bought a .2 3rs at MSRP and his group are regularly offered .2 3rs cars at MSRP. genius!!

It looks that way. More GT3's and GT3RS cars made in the 991.2 generation then what was produced for either the 997 or 991.1 series.
