P1Designs - Custom Seat Inserts
#32
Hi 1809 - The seat insert installation process is quite simple for the LWB seats. Your originals (seat and back) are Velcro’d in place - the bottom part of each seat has welting attached to the front part of the cover, which is also part of our product. Once you pull your seats out and detach the welting from the lip of the front of the seat, you just reattach the new welting, then push the seat cushion into place. The back cushion is solely attached by Velcro.

The white clip under the passenger cushion requires a fair amount of finesse to remove without breaking. As Tom Tweed mentioned in his post from 12/27/18, 6:24pm:
".......you can figure out how to unhook them by lifting the bottom insert carefully and spreading the hook from around the bar properly, but I wouldn't worry about them--I never bothered to put mine back in while changing the insert covers and it hasn't been a problem in nearly 4 years of use now. The Velcro positions the seat bottom securely without any help from those clips, and they would be just as hard to refasten as they are to unfasten."
If you have any additional questions, we would be happy to discuss them with you - just give us a call.
Thanks - Kim
