Before COG met with Porsche in Atlanta I decided to bail on my GT3 and traded for a GT4. I had a lot of fun with that car and increased that fun factor with a set of Dundon headers and tune. Took it to 6 Smokies GT events which provided great roads and people to really enjoy the car.
Last week I stopped in one of the local Porsche dealers and they were rolling a newly traded 15 GT3 into the used showroom. Black on black with a nice build. Talked with the salesman and made a half hearted offer including CPO after a short test drive. The next morning they called and said they would take the deal. The few additional things I wanted addressed were taken care of Wed. and I picked up the car that afternoon. At delivery the car had 11,500 miles with a nice build sheet and a full wrap.
Stopped in at Forgeline this week and Dave is building a set of monoblock wheels for the car. Hope to add a set of Dundon headers in the near future.
Congratulations Alan! Your GT4 was a staple at Smokies events and was the mother of all GT4’s and a giant killer to boot. I’m sure your GT3 will now undergo a transformation that will make it the king of the hill.

Happy to have you back in a GT3. Will miss seeing that GT4 heading off into the distance thought!! Glad you have the floor mat option as all the fast cars have that. LOL
