Yes they can be done at home without a lift and without taking the rear bumper off but not removing it does make it slightly harder to do without a lift. A friend and I did it on my .1 RS but it was way easter with the bumper off the first time I did it. Check out Matt's video on his YouTube Channel Obsessed Garage for a quick how to.

So if I have my car on jack stands....I can remove the side mufflers with out taking off rear bumper?...or is it easier to just remove rear bumper? I am going to install Soul Side Muffler Deletes today.

I removed the rear bumper...and the side plastic heat shield stuff...had to to install the BMC filters anyway. While up on jack stands I did an oil change too. I took my time and the hole thing took me 5 hours. Yeah I'm slow only 1 leg and the prosthetic doesn't help...I am tired and sore right now. Its raining so I haven't even driven the car yet...just started it up to check for rattles and oil pressure.

Just installed the valved bypass last night and connected to sharkwerks center. Sound at startup is amazing and the valves open is glorious. Haven't had a chance to take a drive as it was pretty late when I finished. Will try to get some video but my guess is it will not be able to really capture the sound.
Install was aided by my quick jack. Lifting the rear let the tires drop enough so I could reach the bumper screws without taking off the rear tires. I would not do this without taking off the rear bumper.
I took some pics. Sorry for the messy workspace. It I had to put some penetrating oil on the sharkwerks hardware since it's been on there for a bit and the nuts had seized up a little.
Enjoy

It was rained yesterday and car is clean so I haven’t driven it...just started in the garage. Sounds great at ideal....lol Sould pipes are well designed and built. They fit right up perfectly...just put them in place and no wiggling or forcing into place and bolted them right up.

Floor is swisstrax. Love it. Easy to install. Easy to clean. The cars tell me they love it too, the checkerboard pattern makes them feel like they're winning all the time. So much better than the epoxy underneath.
Bypass sound is amazing. I half expected some horrific noise I wouldn't be able to live with if I took the mufflers off, instead all I have is a quality sound that is amazing. Deeper and a bit more rumbly than the sharkwerks alone at idle and startup. Loud but not too much remarkably. Sounds downright incredible at full throttle. Intoxicating really. It's the perfect flat six sound taken to eleven. If you're a fan of loud exhausts I recommend full muffler delete whole heartedly.
On a quality point, the side bypass is an impeccable piece of engineering and the service from soul has been exemplary. The thing came with instructions, vacuum tubing and fastener ties. And the packaging was perfect.
Only complaint I have is the valve vacuum stem points the wrong way. Needs to point straight back or even towards the middle of the car so the vacuum tubing doesn't risk hitting the exhaust. Either way I made it work by twisting the tubing on the connector so it looped away from the exhaust.
Thanks for a great product guys!

GT3 KSA....yes you can use the side muffler dealer with center muffler delete.....zero mufflers in the system. Since it cat back pieces, no cel issues or tune to deal with.

That's what I like to hear and can't say i'm surprised haha. Very happy to hear you are enjoying it! On that particular setup, how would you describe the difference between valves closed and opened?
I also really appreciate your feedback on the valve stem direction, that is something we'll take into consideration moving forward
