After... notice the .2 side skirts too.

I did the installation myself. 5 minutes per side to do the vents. 15 minutes per side to do the skirts.

Just need to locate the .2 front fender vents.

Jonny was great to work with!

Amazing the visual difference this makes to the Gen1 RS. Looks great, Dave!

In theory I suppose it would be possible to smooth this area and then refinish. A satin black paint would be a pretty close match for the factory plastic finish.

These items are straight from Porsche so we don’t have any control over the design obviously.

We have had a few requests to produce CF versions in which case the removal of the details would be no problem but I don’t anticipate getting in to that product as Techart already offer a nice solution.

We haven’t tested but I see absolutely no reason why not as the 991.1 RS skirts are the same as all OEM 991 widebody cars

Are you sure? I thought turbo body (Turbo, Turbo S, GT2RS, GT3RS) is wider than the Carrera wide body (C4, GTS, GT3).

Physically they fit, there is a very small profile difference as you mention due to the wide body. Interestingly the 991.1 RS skirts are the same but have more flex in this area where as the GT2 RS skirts do not.

Pics below:

Before & After

Notice the small fitment issue above on 991.2 GT3

Physically possible to install but not perfect on the narrow body cars

Yes both compatible but sourcing the front fender vents here seems to be difficult, ill try again and come back to you on this
