Have you read PAG will be using a 4 shaft PDK instead of the current 2 shaft. The next PDK will be shorter, wonder what's going to be placed in that prior space.

Windows up and down hill = quiet.

There's a little throttle blip heard at 0:30 though...

Yes. I still think the GT3 will be the last 911:s to get hybridized. Because weight. That video proves nothing of a hybrid existence. Rather a well stuffed exhaust system. Like a GPF. And low load.

Also, euro is banning switchable exhausts. GPF, plus no exhaust button = quiet at low revs.

At least it's not bigger than 991. Let's bet how much heavier it's going to be? My estimate 50kg heavier.

I saw the car on track last thursday: it is LOUD

why do you say that?

the 992 Carrera is supposed to be the same weight as the 991.2 Carrera.

Don't worry about it.....in the new active rear wing tester setup they also have noise cancellation device to quiet down the NA engine for people taking video so they think its turbo or hybrid

thanks for posting, but this video seems like a big non-story. all you can really hear is wind and tire noise from the vehicle it's filmed from. I don't think there are any conclusions that can be drawn from this.

Later when dark it passed me and two other RL's on the street. Maybe we where 5m from it.
