Kobalts Red Beast GT2RS

Kobalts Red Beast GT2RS
It was a strange start of 2018.
Got a call from an acquaintance asking me if I was interested in a 991.2 GT3 RS? (This was in January, before the car was official.)
I said "Yes! Of course!"
When we spoke again a week later it turned out that Porsche cancelled the car telling my acquaintance that he was not welcome as customer to Porsche. Bummer! (I think it was right of Porsche.)
Then it took a week and my Porsche dealer called me asking, "Hi do you want a GT3"?
"No" - I replied, "You know that I want a GT3RS!"
"Don't you want to think about it until tomorrow?" - He said
"Not really" was my reply
Then a week later my dealer called again and asked: "Hi, Do you want a GT2RS?"
"No" - I replied, "You know that I want a GT3RS!"
"Don't you want to think about it until tomorrow?" - He said
"Mmmm... Well... OK" was my reply
So next day I told him that I might be interested. It was a build in the end of May.
Slowly the car started to grow on me and also the pain of having to select color of the car grew.
I watched so much pictures of the car that I in the end liked in every color
I wanted Lichtgrün with Weissach package but was turned down and had to choose either WP or Lichtgrün.
I choose WP. Came a across a Lichtgrün+WP at the Ring later and spoke a few words with the owner and me told they've had big problems with the hood and the roof.
Maybe it was smart of Porsche to deny me PTS+WP.
How my desktop looked until I finally locked my order and choose Guards Red"
Finally the order was locked and the wait begun.
The car was supposed to arrive beginning of May but for reasons I don't know it did not turn up until the end of July.
This was very frustrating because it really interfered with the summer plans and also some extra tax because of some new regulations here in Sweden which affacts all cars registered after 1 of July.
So annoying when you know that the car is built and quality control has been done and all that is left to do is just deliver the car. (The fault was not the dealers but PAG).
Anyway it turned up and we have now done 1500 km's in it and there is 1500km's to do before it is time to floor it.
