The windows up allowance in 94 degree temp allow for a cool brain = safer , But the Blinker signal use to accomplish passing 100 degrees better
safer , enable indication of situation well in advance of pass , hands inside the car and on the wheel where they are supposed to be ! This will become the needed evolution for DE Days Safety.
