Saw a .2 RS in the flesh for the first time today. This particular example is green. Looks great, the car created more lust factor for me than I anticipated. If I can get an allocation, I'll probably go ahead and order one in green.

Interestingly, there was a GT2 RS in the showroom, close the GT3 RS. The GT2 RS was black exterior and interior with bright silver wheels. I almost didn't notice the car, looked bland next to the GT3 RS and elicited no lust factor. Sad to see all the details disappear in a sea of blackness.

Drove a friends new Turbo S. Very nice. Powerful. However, it just didn’t offer that rawness, excitement and emotion the GT3/RS provides imho. I know someone who had a GR 2RS and a Lizard 3RS. He sold the 2RS and is keeping the Lizard. He likes the 3RS much more for the same reasons.
I used to to want a 2RS but gradually lost interest after I got my new 3RS, seconded by my friend who kept his Lizard and sold his 2RS and completely lost interest after driving the Turbo S.

Agree that GR WP really suits this car to the extent that I have just secured another allocation for a 2nd GT3 RS in my home country Australia and have gone for GR. My plan is to keep my existing LG WP RS in Europe for the summer track season and then have a GR WP car for back home.
However, when I placed the order I was told that WP is not available...but it has now reappeared on the configurator...and the description for the WP is...
Exterior
- Front bonnet in carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) painted in exterior colour; roof and SportDesign exterior mirror upper trims with carbon-weave finish, rear wing with carbon-weave finish and large “PORSCHE” logo
Note the description says than the front bonnet is painted...and it seems that you do not get the exposed CFRP one later as a replacement for the painted one as is happening for some cars now. As a result, I can't really see the value in the WP if the bonnet is painted.....so I have just gone for a non-WP car.
