Los Ángeles has always been a mess, but it's my mess, I grew up here and will most likely be here for many years to come. The homeless situation in Seattle is unreal. Downtown is the worst. I can't believe so many people put up with it. ??

Now we have the commie Newsom as governor and he's brought San Fran's massive relentless homeless tidal wave to L. A. It was bad before but sure as $hit as soon as that jack *** became governor, Los Angeles is going to move into #1 position before you know it. He's the frikin Ken Miles of the homeless bus and he's brought pole position to our front door.

A valid question...can you shoot someone in WA to protect your personal property? A big no-no in MA....just wondering what the laws are there....

It is my belief that any use of a gun would result in the gun owner frying. Even a defensive posture
Yeah, WA State has a lot of parallels to MA. Crappy roads, over extended transit projects and irresponsible politicians

Not a GT3 friendly crowd either.
Park in downtown Seattle to go to a restaurant and anything could happen to your GT3.

Those cities mentioned all come with outrageous cost of housing. At what point does the bubble burst and this thing crashes in those markets. I can’t understand why people would even want to live there regardless of the cost of housing. What a shame. Austin Texas is also being overrun due to its liberal culture and lack of enforcement.

I’m pretty sure in FL it’s OK to shoot a burglar in the back.
encouraged perhaps.

I don't know any state where you can shoot someone over personal property. WA is a stand your ground state though, so if someone breaks into your house and you feel your life is endangered then you have the right to defend yourself even by lethal force. I wouldn't shoot someone over a car but come into my house and well you can smile and wait for the flash that's waiting for you.

You dont see that that level of BS in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Boise, i.e. large cities in other western states with similarly mild weather, but Red state governments.
Ding ding ding give this man a cigar! we have a winner. Correcto.

I am absolutely delighted to see Sanders in the lead for the democratic nomination as I believe this puts us in the best position to protect ourselves with the re-election of Trump..

For those who want to have their healthcare ripped away, the economy burned to the ground and your wallet emptied vote Bernie and really feel the burn.

He is a commie do nothing backbencher in Congress since 1632 and is as corrupt as many of them. I will say one thing at least he’s very upfront about his plan to destroy the country.

Also we know Russia will not be looking to help Trump get reelected when they can help a Commie get into the White House. Trump won’t have that issue anymore

While true, there are other forces at work against you too.

Remember this is from the State that voted in Initiative 940 requiring all police to have additional "De-Escalation Training"
While most agree that all training is encouraged, this bill had a stinger on the back side. Should an officer shoot somebody after taking the training, Initiative 940 allows the perp to sue the officer in civil court regardless of the outcome of any other arrest.
While he may go to jail for the original offense, the perp can technically then sue the officer for not de-escalating the situation.

So if someone breaks into your home in WA and “you also feel your life is threatened” you can use lethal force?? Omfg! Seriously?! What kind of crap is that? So I guess your suppose to have a conversation with the intruders first? Maybe have them fill out a questionnaire?

Yeah, any intruder into my home will instantly be absent their head courtesy of a 12 gauge. The police are more than welcome to question the intruder when they get there. I scare easy. Sorry😎

Imagine if these same liberal, tree hugging Seattle residents saw you had a GT3 with that very anti-green polluting engine.
A complete trashing would be fair in their minds as retaliation for ruining Greta's future "How dare you"

jp884's spidey sense tells him his car has now been targetted and I truly believe him. Seattle residents - it has come to that with 15,000 homeless that know the cops that are fatigued and the courts are a revolving door for their PR team's statistics.

I believe the law is ambiguous though. It is OK as long as you take a selfie while defecating on the perps body while throwing up deuces. Strange law indeed, but I'm sure it serves a purpose

The only thing worse than a value thread is a politics thread - i thought we came to Rennlist to escape and enjoy our cars and et away from rhetoric (and name calling) on both sides. For the record, i am not a Bernie supporter.

i am sorry the OP's car got burgled and i think all thieves are scum - whether they are skin heads or liberals.

I would suggest this get moved to OT as its degenerating into a political discussion.
