I use the Carbonio one as well. I'm a stickler for symmetry and don't like the tow hook mounts for that reason. The Carbonio unit is pretty slick and looks great.

DD now is the 991.2 GT3 - wish the curvy stretch on Mt Pleasant through Rosedale was longer! When weather is bad/cold, I drive my 2018 Audi RS3 or sometimes my wife’s 2018 Velar HSE R-Dynamic. Panamera and GL are gone.

It sadly is a primary offense here and you can get pulled over for only that. Ask me how I know... Happened twice - once in Denver and once on 36. Really depends on the cop but it's ridiculous.

Definitely like this one a lot. Does the license plate lay on the lower part of the bumper?

You can adjust position relative to lower or upper bumper because it can attach to any part of the grill. Spring loaded hooks then allow you to remove or reposition the plate.

How does the grill look after a while?
Do the grill openings become bent and deformed from the spring loaded hooks holding the plate?
I've considered this "Carbonio solution" but am concerned about it's long term effects.

Just be careful when you drive the car on the track or in very hot conditions with that configuration.
The Cooling system is laid out to function with the central cooling intercooler at full airflow. Might lead to too early overheating of the car.

3M Automotive Trim Tape. It's what Porsche uses (well the method if not the actual product) to mount your front plate during Euro delivery. Comes off clean with no residue. Can mount at any height or location the plate will lay. Can curve to bumper. Can remove and reinstall easily. Cheap.

I have a carbonio front plate and it's great. I recently took it off to see if I'd get pulled over here in NY (primarily drive in New Rochelle and the Bronx) and I got pulled over yesterday while parking. I suspect I wouldn't have been pulled over had I not slightly sped through the local road but the cops let me off with a warning luckily. I feel like if you just have the plate in your car and just say you'll put it on when you get pulled over - you won't get ticketed.

Thanks for the US Millworks link. Just grabbed one. I'll mount a plate to it and keep it in the trunk in case I get pulled over. Will just say I took it off to wash the car or something and forgot to put it back on.

No. Thought those were your coworkers' cars. Why all parked underground? I also have a Velar. Bayview/Mt.Pleasant around Rosedale are snippets of good driving roads.

It doesn't touch the bumper. You can adjust the angle of the plate to have it come closer to the bumper or even touching it if you really wanted. There are some rubber stoppers you stick on the back so that if it does come in contact with the bumper, it won't damage the paint.
