Default DIY: SharkWerks Bypass on GT3 Touring

SharkWerks bypass install. Everything went back in place perfectly, nothing was broken AND there were no leftover bits and pieces.

A few pictures of my install:

One day I'm changing frikken toilets... next day I'm doing this. I know which job I preferred doing and I know which one made my wife happy. Always good to know and respect the difference.

150 Kms (92 miles) on the odometer. Everything still nice and shiny new.

January 19, 2018. Nice and fresh!

GT3 engines are a work of art! Pity they get covered up.

Car sounds gggggggggreat!

Alex and the crew at SharkWerk are class acts! Products and customer service are first rate! Never disappointed with this winning combination.

Nice, clean install.

Curious...did they recommend the bumper removal for the .2 version? Was not needed on my .1

Removing the rear bumper is never necessary for any exhaust install, center muffler, side deletes or headers.

Nope it wasn't necessary but Alex did recommend it for ease of access.
No issues and everything went smooth.

Looks great with the big tips!

Trust me on this - disconnect the valves, partial throttle (50-70%) no-lift shift at about 4.5k-5k rpm. Car cracks and pops like a race car. It is much fun-time!!

LOL Ok, but until I get a few more break-in kms logged it wouldn't be very thrilling.

A mechanic AND a plumber!! 😀
I’d like to hear clips too when you get a chance. And tell us what you think about drone etc...
How difficult was it to take the bumper off?
I’m thinking of a similar mod when my car comes..

Here is another benefit to taking the rear bumper cover off, you will now be able to do your own engine air filter change. Great photos!
Most important how's it sound?
