Don't think PTS color can be both under feasibility study and popular...

Popular color is Signal Yellow.

Could be this is the first request for Signal Yellow on a Touring.
This would make the under study status make sense even though they've built other winged GT3s in Signal Yellow.

If I can get the color I'll take a winged one.

I'm going to try my absolute best to get PTS.

I'm hopeful given that it is a later build. I'm ok with a delay as long as it takes if I can get it.

Let us know how it goes. I'm oct build but I don't wanna risk losing allocation in an attempt to get PTS.

Whats the issue? Some colors go on or off the available (Standard or Special colors) list all the time.
