yeah I would love the full leather - but I just convinced myself to add the buckets for the 5k. As you know you could easily add another 15k without sneezing.
I needed to find a that golden balance where I had enough of what I wanted while still keeping it close to base which was my primary goal of this build.
I had a 991 w/o leather and I didn't notice not having it one second during my ownership.

My last car (first of 6 - 911's) had PCCB, now it's a must have for me.
It's a very slippery slope.... But fun none the less.

GT3 interior without leather dash = no stitching = Honda accord interior... just my 2 cents
An extra $5-10K should be insignificant to you if you are considering this car.
Just prep a few more teeth, cement some more crowns, write a check, take delivery...enjoy the car. :-)

if you want to retain value
buckets
pccb
front axel lift
chrono package
extended fuel tank
manual
"maybes"
as much as I like the full leather, if you look at a 2010 or 2011 GT3 with full leather, the patina is not my favorite. plus for long term, you are looking at the leather cracking or peeling or having to replace NLA parts.
bose
at the end of the day, this is a track car, so the more luxury, the more silly. I think that is why the base GT4 are holding their value, because people who actually know how to drive (or want to appear to know HOW to drive) want the least headaches.
