Tu peux me répondre sur IG @arnaudtaquet?
Thanks for the good words everyone !
Two updates >>>
1) It's kind of funny on the wet...at low speed only. Mine is understeering quite obviously on the dry already so of course it's even worse on the wet.
Seriously thinking about a proper Manthey set-up...
2) Very last picture taken in Monaco last WE might catch your interest as it does gather:
- GT3 Clubsport ( manual ) PTS Viola Metallic
- GT3RS Weissach PTS Irish Green non-metallic
- GT2RS Weissach
I don't know why Ultraviolet is on any GT3 when this color exists.
That's not an actual Ultraviolet. It's Viola Metallic so it's way deeper, it's...metallic ( vs. UV that's not ) and also it's a LOT darker ( you can barely see if it's something else than black in the shade).
UV isn't discrete at all and really pops. Viola is darker and is kind of a purple shade of black.

Trying to decide on my next Pcar order and want PTS so appreciate you showing this beautiful color.
As an retired professional photographer, what are you using as a white balance reference? Would like to see this color in as accurate as possible pictures, not a lot of added contrast or saturation, screwy exposure, accurate white balance, proper web based color profile when saving, little to no .jpg compression, no heavy handed photoshop, focus on accuracy rather than artistic. Lack of a certified reference means guessing, even top of the line DSLRs can only guess. Our eyes / brain are amazing at seeing colors and interpreting them correctly in person, but that doesn't happen viewing web photos. Pic is my collection of certified white balance / color accuracy tools, hundred of dollars worth. Am one of the less than one percent who profile my monitor and printer for accuracy. Have gone so far as to profile my lens / camera combos using color checker for accurate Raw conversions. Using an inexpensive whibal produces results so accurate you can't tell the difference.
Have owned a couple purple vehicles, tired of the color after a year both times and sold them. While I like this color, don't want to make that mistake again. After a while I merged into one word … Furple, as in effing purple.

Yes, I was trying to say this color is far superior to UV.
Update:
In love with Aston's. But when you expect a lot from the new Vantage and end up taking a GT3 to go to the Aston-Martin dealership, there's absolutely no chance for the brits to surprise you.
Especially as a well spec'ed Vantage is now more expensive than a GT3...
Everything in the GT3 feels sharper and the engagment level definetely isn't the same.
Aston's used to be classy and pure, it's not even the case anymore...arg...I'd stick to a manual V12 Vantage even though the chassis and overall construction feels older as, at least, it still has a proper soul.
That's all for today !
Ah...not even. Here is a new shot done in an empty car park !
Salut Arnaud! As you were inquiring about the Viola Metallic Touring, I found some pictures of it, not sure if it is the Belgian car as this one is for sale in the north of Germany and is on German registration. It is beautiful though, superbly specified. I'm a big fan of your photography!
