Default 991 GT3 with smoke under high acceleration

Hello Everyone,
A bit of history that might help diagnose the car, its a 2014 car that has had the engine top end issue resolved, it has over 50K kms and used as my daily car. Yesterday we went on a spirited drive with the local Porsche club. A few members behind me highlighted smoke coming out under high acceleration.
I did notice the oil consumption was high as I had topped up with oil right before the drive. I only found threads of the smoke up on start ups but couldnt find anything for the smoke under high acceleration. Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Bader

How much oil did you add before the drive?

about 250 ML, there was 1 bar left before the maximum line. After the drive it was 1 bar away from the minimum line.
The smoke under acceleration is what worries me.

I got did the engine top end not too long ago. 6 months ago I would say.

Last time I was gt3less for 110 days. How long does a new engine take roughly?

Thanks,
Bader

Since protocol is to just replace the engine, i would gestimate 4 to 6 weeks. It is easier and quicker to swap engines. Please keep us posted!

I will keep you posted for sure. However is it normal that the smoke is only under heavy acceleration and nothing during daily driving?

This is exactly why the factory decided to just replace the motors. They could not assure what kind of job the dealer would do. This also allows them to get the motor back and do a tear down so they can diagnose the real problem.

Makes sense, less dealer fault.
