Got my car Saturday, Guards Red, what a great car.
It is either home sick or I got shotty quality. It is showing location in Stuttgart stil
I tried to look where the GPS antenna is, could not find anything close to the battery and filter. Any pointers (it is a 991.2 2018 GT3). Was hoping I don't have to take it in right away for this, tried removing the PCM fuse, but no go, driven 200 miles so far, always showing 0 satellites...

They did actually, I was anxious to get it.
I think the gps antenna is in the mirror, I need to run a detector wire so I can see if a wire is loose there.
it is in the mirror housing , and could. Be loose on the back of pcm .I doubt it’s loose more like a programming issue

Interesting note about QC at Porsche AG...I'm aware of another .2 GT3 that needed a new SAT/NAV antenna due to a faulty one on his brand new car!!

If you look at the PET diagram for the 991.2's the GPS antenna is up under the front windshield cowling. The antenna is modeled so no loose wires, if it's bad it would be an internal defect. Like others have said it's either a loose connection on the back of the PCM or possibly a bad GPS board in the PCM (which will require the PCM to be replaced). Best to just take it to the dealer and let them make it right.
