i would finance everything long term as long as cost of money < my net ROI on other investments.
at least in theory.

and golden boy, you ARE rich. dont work too hard. enjoy a bit

My definition. Rich = being able to quit work and maintain your lifestyle until you start drooling on yourself + leaving enough for your kids so they never have to work again.

I'll leave mine to zoos and the humane society with just enough left over so that my offspring will have a head start but still will have to work in order to make it on their own. I worked for mine to enjoy.
