From the moment I once laid my eyes on an old but pristine Slate Grey (615) Porsche 356, I knew that I’d own one someday. Well, as fate would have it (and literally hundreds of calls and countless hours spent trying to buy a 911R and lately a 991.2 GT3), I finally made the leap last week.

Jup - Beautiful Irish Green! Love to see the interior too!

I had an allocation in Oct and submitted a PTS request that was promptly rejected (to my GMs surprise who told me the window would be open then). He inquired and basically was told PTS will not reopen as originally speculated. Obviously things can change but I decided to go with my backup color GBM, which required my allocation being moved up to meet the end of production for GBM, which killed my non-standard CXX options as that window is closed until August. I didn’t want to risk not getting my second color choice and it will be nice to take delivery in the summer.

Best looking blue GT3 yet. Voodoo looks lighter - perhaps the lighting. Well done!

So many beautiful colors in the Porsche PTS palette. Lots of amazing deliveries lately too, Voodoo Blue, Irish Green and Arena Red. Wow!
And thanks for all the congrats above. Much appreciated.
Over the past week or two, here are the known PTS cars that suddenly came available for sale. Odd right?
Slate Grey
British Racing Green
Mexico Blue
Riviera Blue
Viper Green
Also, there's a Pantone at San Diego that is available but cannot be sold until Sept.

THat's a great looking spec, love the silver wheels with PCCB. Looking forward to your delivery pics
Sinister looking car!! Looks great and everything ties in nicely with the grey/black theme. Enjoy in good health
Be happy, you got the best color Porsche has ever made I will PTS it in the future if they stop offering it as a standard color lol

Got a call on the car before it even hit the ground, and immediately put deposit down. Did I pay a premium? You bet, $20k over. Do I feel good about paying this much over MSRP. Not one bit. But in the end, Porsche won the battle. ( After what I went through with PTS build, I almost left the brand.) Tired of incessantly talking about PTS, ADMs, CXX, leather, headlights, trim, wing, touring, BLAH BLAH BLAH. Time to start driving again.
About a month into the process now, and the car’s being delivered (as it came off the boat) direct to my boy Phil over at Detailer’s Domain for complete paint correction, film and sealing.
