Deacon, I am going to try. I need to get some break in miles logged.
I'll bet Mr. Purple is freezing at Sebring this weekend.

^ oh yeah the open window program really drives him bat s.. with an average temp even , be eager to here your thoughts on the silver bullet , The thing that most impresses me , is there a guy I know , retires , buys a new first off the press 991.1 GT3 2014 then heads to the track as grovey green fellow works his way up the run group latter logging hundreds of clean laps loving it all , then trades the thing back to the servicing dealer hassle free for the lastest and to be determined greatest .2 GT3 so he can keep on lapping his favorite tracks , that to me is hero stuff ..... I need to figure out how to make some more cash so I can follow this caps lead .

Since my initial post I have shopped the car to a few private exotic car dealers in south FL. For those of us with '14 .1s that have been tracked the numbers are remarkably similar; $91-$98K. The common theme is; potential 2nd owners want an untracked '15 or '16 . The aftermarket is still spooked by the original '14 engine fire halo and finger follower issue, even after the 10yr. to 120,000mile warranty extension.
My .2 got to Jacksonville yesterday , so hopefully it will be home for Christmas.

I would expect private exotic car dealers in south FL to be the low end of offers. It's not really an 'exotic car', and buyers of used exotics probably want garage queens, so I'd expect a dealer of that type to have difficulty moving the car. Probably better to shop the car with Porsche dealers and private seller, with buyers who understand the car and the value of the extended warranty.

This past May I had a 2015 GT3 PTS with 5K miles MSRP of 155K. I was offered a trade value by 3 different dealers West Coast, Mid West and East coast, and the numbers were 100K,115K and 115K. I ended up getting a trade value of 126K with an MSRP allocation on a .2 GT3 PTS. I shopped the car in a wide variety of markets and the numbers tell the story and even the 15’s are tanking in value. As PAG produces more .2 GT3’s I expect the .1 GT3 to get hammered in value even more.
