I think it looks awesome and flows well with the interior. If this option is not selected the steering column look like cheap plastic. You be the judge. 610$ well with it IMHO. More reflection from the metal parts on the steering wheel than some leather. Also plastic steering column can reflect light on its own.

Happy for you. You will not be disappointed. It is a beast

I did not build mine so it came with the Bose. I must admit- it is pretty darn good. I would have never of spec'd it Myself but glad it came with it( although I did pay for it)

Mine recently went from a 12/22 build to a 11/14 build. Wing/manual. Who knows.

Similar thing happened to me. Was expecting a mid-2018 delivery... and my sales manager calls me a few weeks ago to tell me he got a surprise and the order locked and is moving into production in just a week or so!

Delivery early January in Colorado. Not complaining one bit

Very interesting, maybe they are "finding" more production capacity and ramping things up? Hopefully this means the ADMs will start dwindling too...

I don't have it in my .1 and I never even noticed until I saw it here, I'll do the same for my .2

I was on the list for next October and then got moved up when someone cancelled. Was mid-January but now early January. When I checked this week it goes into production on 11/25 and out on 12/1. Dealer thought it would ship by 12/7 and delivery first week of January. I don't really feel like I need more to be thankful for next week but Ill take it.

My cleaning lady said PNA was Meeting w P Germany last week to ask for more GT cars. I am telling myself that this is the result and we will all be able to get an allocation at MSRP.

This is how it's looking, I'm waiting to get the calls from the 3 other Chicago dealers in the next couple months telling me that they "scrounged" up an allocation for me at a modest 5-10k ADM instead of the 25-30 it was earlier.

I didn't have *any* firm delivery until this. As far as I know, the dealer had just put in an allocation request back in March and expected that I'd get an allocation for delivery some time in the middle of 2018. Then out of the blue I get a call that I got an allocation, was already fixed, and going into production in about 2 weeks (this was late October). I'm pretty stoked considering I'll be taking delivery right around my birthday

And yes, I'm glad I submitted a *very* well thought-out build all things considered. That being said, I'm sure if I REALLY balked at being moved to fixed without a warning I could have POSSIBLY changed something, but I didn't want/need to.

I got my GT3 last week and did not get the Bose. I can not tell a big difference in a car with the Bose. Spend the $1600 on other options or put in your pocket.
