Is this real? GT3 RS -10k under msrp??

Christ, does anyone actually read posts anymore before responding? My comment was that I challenge anyone to support the contention that the RS market is ‘cratering’. The ask for good build low mile cars is still well over sticker. Throwing up a random, odd build, high mileage car is meaningless, because there’s nothing that we can compare it to from six months ago. Of course the value of an odd car that’s been driven a lot is going to be worth a lot less.

Call them and ask for Adam Frank, he will take care of things for you.
Cheers, and post pics when you've bought it and had it delivered.

Poster was asking for a build that was not something outside the normal at the 15k over mark (ie. no radio delete/AC delete/high mileage).
Asking 17k over, and lower mileage would consider that to be one of the better builds available at a reasonable asking price.

Close, but again stripper build, not super low miles, and still well over sticker. The market for RS’s has not ‘cratered’, and probably won’t until the current asset bubble bursts. A good build car with truly low miles is still asking $25-50k over sticker. When that same car drops below sticker, the market will have truly dropped.

I’m a new member but been lurking for awhile now. I just want to provide a data point on an actual sale. I just closed on a deal for a 202k MSRP RS with 2400 miles for 2016k. That includes enclosed trucking from FL to CA.

205k MSRP with 2k miles GT Silver purchased at 220k including CPO. Car is in transit and deal done with Porsche Fresno. I’m a few hundred miles away in LA...but based on my experience to this point ... I would pay a premium to do business with this dealership...or irregardless of distance
