New GT3/GT2RS Leads With/Without ADM
#3901
I believe many of the dealer flippers are going to lose this time around. I looked at a couple of manual GT3’s where I honestly believe that the dealers were either upside down or even at MSRP. They desperately wanted to move the car but couldn’t at anything below MSRP.
These were cars that have been on the market for five to six months.
With so many cars on the market and the number growing. I see things getting worse for them in the next six months.
The idea of buying a car, not driving it and sell it for a ton of dough in a short time doesn’t work when supply is equal to or greater than demand.

Or they want to be able to say reduced $60k in a follow up ad as an attention grabber.

There is one highly spec Miami Blue for sale in Florida for MSRP $187,270 and listed for $188,900 if anyone interested. Too bad I am too far away or else I would love to have this one sitting next to my new Carmine red Targa.

I'm no specialist, but it seems quite disseminated, perhaps more so in the used market. This piece for instance: https://medium.com/@alacergroup/used...g-801709625a82
There as a Chinese ring recently caught using cayennes and rolls to do the same.
In real estate, there's the Porsche design tower that was also recently on the news (unrelated to cars but interesting to see the name in that)

My layman understand is that shell companies (opened abroad) do the buying, selling later to clean the money. Art, real estate or any high end article.

No dealer is not going to report the cash if you show up with a duffle bag with $200k in it.
