Forgot to mention, the one I saw (a week ago) was a manual, yellow GT3.

I am assuming it is the same car. Looked amazing in person... also had PPF on all impact areas.

You are right, it was a manual. No surprise it went quick as it was $29k below the next least expensive manual.

Of note, the least expensive 6MT listed is $194k. The least expensive PDK car is $165k (yellow at conshohocken which was owned by a RL member). Only mooty’s old touring. A bunch of PTS sold, but still some left and a Brewster PDK at Stevens creek for $225k with PDK.
Does this include the Touring model and winged GT3 or just the winged GT3?

I missed the one at conshohocken which was a manual and now sold for $165k, but excluding that one, the least expensive manual on the website is $194. There is only one touring listed (mooty’s old Miami blue).

Asking procing are strong the inventory is not moving which is not good along with interest rates climbing. Winter looming my hypothesis these cars will sit unless prices go downward. The 991.1 didn’t have pressure from GT3 RS’s, GT2’s all in the same year. You have flippers, and the “me to movement” I want the new toy all here at play. It’s like the 101 Dalmatians movie all the kids wanted to have one, and months later they were all in the pound because the thrill was gone. If I was in the market for a GT3 many options to choose from, and with PPF and paint correction ready to be taken as I would offer below MSRP at the end of the month.

I was considering the yellow one at Conshohocken, but it had an aftermarket cage and was missing a couple options that are important to me (FAL for example).

Also now with the spy shots and the new 992 seemingly to be NA and then I would assume no reason to not offer MT the flippers and speculators that thought this was the last version and even liked to add that to their FS threads were wrong again.

Tons of inventory, lots of healthy “asking” prices and these delivery mile cars will be at or below MSRP when actually being sold, or of course they will just sit in hopes of that next sucker when more money than sense. All those poor folks that paid over thinking this was the next R frenzy.

Maybe just wait until the 992.1 GT3 or RS are at MSRP or below. But then again the 99X will be introduced. Back to the sideline you go.

Personally I will do what I did with my .1. I have a good line and over the years been able to maybe work an MSRP angle on the 992. If that doesn’t come to fruition I will then get a low mile .2 for well below MSRP and drive the **** out of it and continue the cycle. By then my current car will be at about 40k miles and ready for a refresh. Only problem is MANY of these .2’s are MT with all the flippers thinking the next R craze so I will most likely not get the perfect spec but I am sure there will be a PDK out there for me.

No sidelines for me, love the GT3. Headed to Spring Mountain in a few weeks.
