Full name Robbie? I'm sure we have met before. How old are you now? I'm 47. Did we race each other heck in the 80s-90s? Dave was one crazy dude. You do any riding now?

Low light shoot house with retired Delta instructor.

1911 course with different retired Delta instructor (not posing, actually checking my "6" before re-bolstering.)

Pat Rodgers Carbine.

Pricision class with retired MARSOC sniper.

Retubing the macs is porsche service level money. Although it is a lot easier to DIY. Then again I rebuilt a few amps before I went for Macs.

Mine will need to be retubed soon, DIY. It will still cost more than servicing a gt3. Thankfully retubing frequency is much less than servicing a gt3.

I've downsized a bunch, but still do a little bit with friends. Yes, SET (Single-Ended Triodes), preferably pre-war European Directly Heated tubes. Mostly used horn speakers (vintage and modern). Couldn't afford all my hobbies, so most of my audio stuff has been passed to new owners.

I get my gold lions from BnB tubes. If you are on the stock Mac tubes, the gold lions sound better.
