Who may have the first one??

 

East and south coast buyers. West coast buyers have a longer boat ride.

My car will be completed around September 15 but doesn't get on a boat until October 6th. I'll probably see it middle of November.

 

I'm October 6th but doing ED. It's possible I may be first US citizen to collect, but not in USA of course. So I doubt that counts.

 

Albany ny coming Thru RI expected mid nov just before the dreaded white stuff shows up

 

A local friend is supposed to take delivery of his PDK Miami Blue GT3 at Porsche Chandler (AZ) by late October. He said that he will have one of the first cars in the country.

 

Albany NY thru RI also. Expected early to mid Nov.

 

Nov 6th ED Delivery of a US car.

 

I'm in NY and have a delivery date of 10/29. Was originally 9/8 before the delay. The biggest factor I think is the EPA/CARB certs. If there is a delay we probably all get our cars in the winter

 

I'm expecting delivery 11/17, way down south and a little east in MS.

 

Mine went from eta at dealership from 9/8 to 11/10 due to the delay we're all (or most of us) aware of by now... we'll see. Either delayed again or earlier arrival...southeast region.

 

Please keep us updated as his delivery will let us know if there is an EPA delay which is really possible.

He said that his car started production on 7/3 and was then stopped for CARB/emissions delays. Sounds like everyone is aware of it. My car won't be built until next year so we should be well passed the problems by that point.

 

Just about all new engine Porsche's get delayed by EPA CERTIFICATION initially. My dealer has a Macan Turbo that has been in port since 7/7/17. It has the new power performance package hence new engine. The EPA is not fond of VW after the scandal.
