Had a normal RS6 C8 before and performances are a big step ahead, but still very comfortable.

Love the X5M and that color. Our F85 X5M has been so good to us but it's getting close to the 100k mile mark and I'm getting a little nervous. How are you liking the F95?

If you raise the seat and move it forward all the way, there's a decent amount of access room actually. Enough for my 75lb Golden Retriever to walk right in (I suggest throwing a towel over the door sill to protect it). I can even get back there in a pinch when I feel like vacuuming all the hair that comes with hauling them around

What a gorgeous machine! This is what I want as my daily!
Yeah, new one is fatter and they got rid of the dual clutch. It's bigger but the interior room is smaller.
Performance is probably objectively better on the new one, but I like this one. It's a no BS, straight ahead BMW like they used to make.
Your F87 is definitely the superior car. The new G is ugly as sin, over 3,800 pounds, and has a childish interior. If you read some of the posts over at Bimmerpost forum you'd want to claw your eyes out. I wanted the new M2 for a fun daily instead of an S-Class, but I just can't do it.
