^ I am not a ferrari lover. long story. PORSCHE there is NO substitute. this is slightly better than my truck to be honest. well maybe not even that as it can't tow trailers

Turkey was low and slow for most of the time: 225F for hrs 1-6; 300F for the final 2.5hrs. 16.7lbs total. Came out really nice. The dark meat was especially good...oh and the skin

Already deep into Thanksgiving burritos (turkey, stuffing, corn pudding, gravy, cranberry sauce in a tortilla). I freeze them and eat them for months.

Good choice of words there. Couple of years ago I did a comparo btw a 986 Boxster and a F458 at the Barcelona track. The Ferrari felt like a truck in comparison.
