Whatever you do don't pull the steering angle sensor out of the housing in the wheel unless you want to see what it would be like to pull a Slinky from your pocket!

I did this on accident. It sucked, dealer had to fix it.

This part isn't available from PORSCHE (yet&#128540
Are you listening PORSCHE ?!?!?! and the look of the interior when done without it would of looked crappy with the mismatched stitching. Very thankful and happy to have made the phone call to you Frank.

Another shop (no names) completely mismatched the lava and sent me red and said "it's close" lol... He was a gentleman about handling it and took care of me but it threw a monkey wrench in the build schedule and was a little frustrating So this boot coming in looking Factory perfect was a Huge relief. Can't wait for the rest of the pieces Frank is sending ! It will look AMAZING!! Looks like it came right from the factory in Stuttgart !!

Beautiful

Getting an idea of the soon to be NEW LOOK!!

Perfect match!!

getting there)

+1 on Exclusive Options...Frank is a great guy and stands behind his products. He sources leather, alcantara and thread that are exactly the same as OEM. I have various pieces from him on my GT4 and even on special request that go beyond OEM he is OK to do them. Perfect match every time.

Took the car out for one last final drive as a Automatic car last night. Paddle and airbag less, hoping a police officer didn't pull up beside me and give me a double take WTF look! lol.. All was well and no police. Gave the car a good 30 min spirited (very aggressive) drive before coming home and taking the steering wheel off again. There was a package from Exclusive Options Frank overnighted me. This guys product is amazing, they wrapped the steering wheel silver trim in leather and it came out fantastic. Same look as the 911R and new 991.2 GT3 but not cheap plastic (dont take offense) . Finely wrapped leather. Also
installed the new rear basket on the wheel. look finished now minus airbag. leaving it off for the boys at BGB!
Thanks everyone, cool stuff coming up very soon.

Let me know what you guys think of the new look.
Pic heavy.
