To name some popular ones, presently these....
  • GT350/GT350R (manual only and the only one over 500hp) and the 5.0 Mustang GT
  • Camaro SS/1LE (same LT1 as in the C7)
  • C7 Corvette Stingray/Grand Sport (6.2L V8 LT1)
  • And of course how about the new ND Miata...

Sounds legit, unless the WP option bit, I think it will have it from day one.

If you meant the Camaro Z/28 with the LS7... nope since it's no longer produced (today as in the orig question) and that was on the previous 5th gen chassis.

Only Ford and maybe some of the American cars.

I never had much interest in the GT4, but after lots of reading on this forum and hearing how people really enjoy them on the road, I am seriously considering getting one.

i have also never driven on track and was going to learn in the GT3, but he GT4 might be a better car to start with and be more enjoyable on the back roads.

Wow! Sooner than I expected. I wonder if WP will include the carbon stripes of the GT2 or a variation of the carbon stripes.

Can't really think of anything else I would rather make the drive to and from work each day while racking up the miles. No one else makes anything close to 2250 lbs at an affordable price.

I say baloney. 997.1 to 997.2 saw tons of folks "upgrading" at their expense, both having the same transmission and an arguably equal performance delta as the 991.1 to 991.2. Then again, those were the days when Rennlist discussions were about tracking the car and performance instead of obsessive discussions on the resale value. Ahhhh, never mind.

I told you it is very close to "Gelbgrün"...
