Oh wow, very interesting. I remember when the RS first came out, the markup to get an allocation is anywhere between 20-50K over sticker. When the actual cars landed at the showroom, the mark up went crazy! I wonder if the same would happen on the R or perhaps, go the opposite direction compared to the RS??

I understand that Porsche has received tremedous "hate" mail and calls regarding the allocations and flippers. It appears they aren't going to just let that happen without consequences to those doing the flipping.

That's not exactly "flipping" though as that car was likely delivered a while ago.

It's only a flip if it's either a fairly recent purchase, or if it's pre-purchase.

Still sitting...waiting patiently for an RS allocation....while there is 60 for sale on autotrader.....
