I want a Carrera T! Looks like the ideal car to put 200k miles on. Maybe I'll give back my incoming 2RS in exchange for a T - not!
Yeah couldn't imagine ever doing that either....

Mag wheels are no longer an option on the GT2 RS. Is this option permanently removed?

Manthey-Racing has a mag wheel option. None available as factory option on 2019 builds at least for now.

Are they building into 2019? They announce the 992 in less than a week!

Sure. You need to order 4/6 weeks before and you have a brand new Magnesium BBS wheels from Manthey.
I asked it yesterday for the car which is coming in 2019.

Yes IIRC; Porsche has split model years before.

Not sure I understand. Are you saying to order the wheels from Porsche as an option or through Manthey as a second set? How much are the wheels from Manthey?

Order through Manthey-Racing, pricing not available yet from what I was told. You can email them directly for more information regarding wheels, suspension, aero. and everything else that was used for the Nurburgring record car.

67 allocated to which region? Or all together as total?
Kuwait is having 4 units for 2019 up till this time and could be increased.

Ask Christian Eick.

Are the Manthey wheels identical in design to the OE mag wheels? My research indicated that they're similar but not the same. The OE wheels can be found at Suncoast for $37,000.

I also wonder whether the shock tuning is different for the mag wheels due to the lower mass. Has anyone heard if this is the case?
