WOW, folks ordering the GT2RS are 70% ordering the Weissach Package with magnesium wheels which delays delivery on GT3RS optioned with magnesium wheels.

Fast forward to 3:00.

Drive safe,

Q
I took his comment to mean that GT2 RS Weissach Pkg orders we’re taking up 70% of the available global supply of magnesium wheels.

Correct. He mentioned the demand for Weissach pack on the GT2RS is so high that they are consuming 70% of the world wide supply of magnesium wheels. He did not say anything about what % of GT2RS are Weissach cars.

And let’s be realistic. These wheels have been available for years to anyone who wanted to step up and pay the roughly $20k nut, but historically that customer has been a relative rarity. It wasn’t until Porsche geared up the marketing machine with the Weissach Pack that the faithful went into frenzy mode. I suspect this is a major step-change for BBS in terms of production volume and probably is as much of a surprise to AP and Porsche as was the uptake for manual trans in 991 GT offerings.

I think it is a PAG car:

"You can see on the license plates where they come from:

S=Stuttgart
BB=Böblingen, South of Stuttgart
LB - Ludwigsburg, North of Stuttgart

Then the second set of letters on the plate are choosen by Porsche
EM
RR - The RS Testmules had these
OP
GO - Geschäftsbereich Oeffentlichkeitsarbeit (Management Public Relations)
PW - Porsche Weissach (Thanks 928CS)
PX = Porsche Exclusive (Thanks Peterfirst)"
