Like I need another 20 HP in the motor. This car gives me plenty.

But - it was only a matter of time before they started cracking the vaults

We GT3 bros selling their babes for 24HP more in RS

here for 1/10th cost we have 32 HP and most likely
either less overall weight than RS

You will lose warranty with ECU tuning

If 9000rpm sounds good, 9200 has to be spectacular. Even if you only get to hear it once.

I drove a guy I know who has the Fabspeed mini max flos and stock cats. He sent out the ECU for flash. I noticed a noticeable difference throughout mid range. Torque delivery significantly improved and noticeable power through the RPM range of 3500- red. Car overall is much more lively. I know these things are often frowned upon but he doesn't care much. I was impressed and I am contemplating it after driving it.

Maybe need to be clarified
ECU remapping is not to get more than factory
spectacular max 9000rpm

max rpm stay the same 9k after ECU remapping
so not a warranty brainer

here is to ecu remap how when Engine valves work to meet
the increased air flow offered by the cat less
restrictive new exhaust

after 2 years normally no warranty
and factory default can be easily reverted

is just a matter of mpg and exhaust emission
engine won t suffer

with 45k - 100k to get RS saved i can buy a a lot of extra warranty myself

508HP extra torque is realistic with Both ECU and new exhaust

maybe lady burocrat won t be happy

but it s a worlwide very limited production car who cares

Doesn't matter what is the rev limiter. You will lose your warranty if you remap your ecu. NA car can't benefit much form ecu turning. It will never be a RS even you have 600hp. Those carbon parts will cost you close 50k.

To be precise is not a direct ecu remapping
but an additional ecu to trick the main ECU on
air etc parameters for cat less restrictive exhaust

so nobody will notice it

More Torque and HP at the expense of mpg and some emissions

It's the whole power band envelope that you should look for, not the peak power..

I used to race a honda integra on circuits, and boy when that ecu was swapped with the Spoon the car was on fire.. it was just an extra 5hp but the whole rpm range improvement is what mattered.

But then again, my experience in tuning always proved that when you gain some you only get to lose some in other areas...

I said clearly mid range torque
but cat air restricting a 9krpm capable
engine will release a tiger once ecu "remapped"
either at high revs so all matters 508 HP as well

if you lose emissions and mpg who cares
