So how is everyone cleaning their epoxy floors? Mine look great when clean, but when someone pull in with a wet car the water just sits... I'm good about squeegeeing immediately, others in my family (i won't say who) are not. I'm thinking about getting a commercial floor scrubber, but also got to thinking about the iRobot Braava mopping robot. Has anyone tried this in their garage? I have a couple Roomba's around the house that work great. Could let the thing run every other night and just forget about it...
Probably better to install a fan with a timer that helps drying the floor after someone pulls in.

It has a good sized gell cell battery I can do my 3000 sq-ft hanger and use only 25% of the battery. The hanger requires two tanks of water
Sorry the floor in this pic was a tad dirty, it is hard in the winter up here to keep the floors in really good shape.

^ is that a polisher or a "washer"?

Primarily a washer. But using different pads and solutions it can polish also. I think if you Google Adance SC351 you will find all the specs on the unit. I like the size of the SC351 as I can transport it in the back of my station wagons, or truck, beteween the hanger and my garage at home.

I am building a car club/warehouse in Redmond. Look me up when you fill up your new garage!

Plans/elevations getting finished up and then have to get HOA/city to sign off. I've heard the latter is pretty easy in my neighborhood since the garage is attached. Wife is getting her expanded laundry room/pantry/mud room blown out to attach to garage so she's fully on board with the project. Going with a single lift to start out with.
Builder sent me over this horrible photoshop job with my dirty driveway. Got me excited though!
