That is fast regardless- it foots though with other measures of comparison. 1:57 ish is the benchmark and PCA club record OTT with finely tuned .2 GT3's IIRC, and done by 24Chromium if not mistaken, on slicks of some type. Locally at PIR my GT3 just matched within .3 seconds of my best TT time in my old .2 GT3 on R6 with MCS, full Akra etc, etc. I'll post the youtube as soon as I can.

PIR 1:23.6- completely stock everything- alignment, brakes, pads etc.
Really incredible result on a hot day. This is done by Eddie Nakato, owner of AR Autoservice and a great driver and coach (3rd at 25 Hrs of Thill). As stated above this is really close to the best .2 GT3 time on slicks, race suspension, Akra and tune (435 wheel HP).
Eventually this will be part of some sort of PR video my car is featured in.

I did two 10-min hot lap sessions with my GT3 at Buttonwillow with the 1CW configuration back in May and ran a 1:59.1 at the Mooty private day and that was going like 7/10th with just a seatbelt. I would have ran a 1:56-1:57 if I would have gone ***** out without a sweat. Car is damn fast.

One ran low 1:55 and the other higher 1:54.

Given that 13CW is about 5-6 seconds faster than 1CW, I think I could do a 1:53ish 13CW if it's hot.

I should note I was new to Buttonwillow. Do you have videos? I'd love to see where I'm losing time. Videos under 2 minutes of 13CW seem tough to find on the interwebs.

Pro driver Billy Johnson 1.37.XXX in a highly modified NSX:
And Billy Johnson's turn by turn walk through of BW 13:

I find though that watching other cars is sometimes not that helpful because of vast differences in tire grip, aero, and engine. There are tons of videos of various Lotus cars doing sub-2:00.

Nordschleife Master
Thunderhill over the top/cyclone - 1:58 (me), 1:57 (ben)
Sonoma Raceway - 1:49 (me), 1:48 (ben)
Laguna Seca - 1:38 (me), 1:37 (ben)
You can see there is a pattern. Ben is always 1 second faster. The only exception has been the Thill 3 mile. I ran 3:30 there while Ben suffered from heat exhaustion in 113F weather and ran 3:33.
While there are those capable of much faster times, my goal is to try to shave another 1-2 seconds off of these times. Compared to my boxster spyder, I'm 6 seconds faster at Thill, but only 3 seconds faster at MRLS and Sonoma. I'm still bummed that Randy Pobst hasn't run a lap at MRLS with the GT3. I'm going to guess that he would have gotten a low 1:35.
