Evilfij,
Please let us know how well the spray paint matches up. Does John offer paints for new colors as well?
FYI - I am also aware that Autolack21 in Heilbronn offers spray paints to match any porsche color, and can ship to the US:
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...ck21%20germany
I bought a spray out of Auratium green (210 on PTS list, 5712 original Porsche code) from Willhoit. I want to thank Eduardo master of all PTS for mentioning to me that John Willhoit sells spray outs of 356 colors so anyone considering one for $35 you get a sprayed out card which was matched to an original 356. Anyway, I am a terrible photographer, but here is a picture and I will try to get one in sunlight tomorrow. I will also hold it up next to my car when it arrives to see how close it is.

John only offers 356 colors per his website, but he has almost all of them (and I think all 356 colors on the PTS list).
Unfortunately, my car is not arriving until December so it will be a while to check the match.

Congrats to Mark Starr of hunting ridge motors on his Auratium Green GT3. I don’t know him personally, but i know him from the Defender and Lotus communities (and Porsche). Also Porsche exhange has a 718 cayman GTS in Auratium over espresso/cognac which looks great too.
Compiling all the auratium pictures shows just how much the color looks different depending on lighting and cameras.

This will change. PTS is being completely revamped at Porsche. PTS will be more widely available for a bunch of mostly existing PTS colors...and then there will be a super-exclusive PTS, which will be much harder to get (as if it could be any harder than it is today!). I expect it will be rolled out within a year or so. Cost for the general PTS will likely be consistent with current pricing and cost for the super-exclusive will be, well, super exclusive.
This is true. Moving forward, the massive premiums on PTS cars will be adjusted due to availability (some of it has already been implemented) . Porsche has listened....and see's the dollars..lol

We are starting to build a nice catalog of delivered pictures of many PTS colors.
For everyone's reference the PTS list of GT3 991.2 cars are sorted by color and include links to delivery pictures:

Enjoy!

I found this to be a good resource on past Porsche colors - http://www.elferclassic.de/technik/f...plack-blau.php
