that's cool. Does it require trimming for the fronts?

I suppose the only thing sacrificed is the plastic liner being screwed into.

Where did you source the Highland mud flaps?

Thanks

The holes drilled in the front liners are minor compared to the holes that you might inadvertently drill in your windshield washer fluid reservoir. Don't ask how I know.

No, just position them so they look like how I have them in the photos.

I found them at a NAPA store, but they are available on-line as well.

Ouch!. Maybe I dodged a bullet, suggest everyone use short screws!

My leading edge rocker is still pristine thanks to these mud flaps. NOBODY has even noticed them ever. It's so subtle yet effective, I don't understand why these are not built in.

I did this to my Elise 10 years ago as it has "hips" that take a major beating and I don't even notice them anymore. And mine stick out like a rally car - they drag over speed bumps.

Just resurrecting this thread. Anybody do anything further? I recall years ago somebody offered mud flaps for the rear and I put a set on my 1984 911 Carrera. No drilling - no holes just clamps to a support rod.

I would highly recommend cutting the entire lower portion (that goes under the body). That’s what gives it the “truck” look and can probably affect aero most. The lip running alongside the lower fender is pretty OEM looking and will probably yield the most protection, not sure about aero though.

How easy was install and what was the process? Thanks.
