GP Automotive Renewal Service: 991 GT3 - Clear Bra, Window Tint, and Nano Coating
Our first 991 GT3 full clear bra wrap was a huge success. We really enjoy doing full wraps, and so far, each project has pushed the envelope here at GP. This new 991 GT3 was another project that we're proud of. We were able to push the edges of the envelope and give our client a unique product that can only be accomplished through hard work, passion, and the desire to each perfection. We hope you enjoy looking through our journey as we did enjoying working on this project.
Pre-Prep
Once all panels are properly polished and paint chips touched up, we give the car a complete bath to remove any and all polishing residue. Then we begin dis-assembling to give us the exposed areas we need to properly cover with clear bra. As you can imagine, this takes a great deal of effort and more importantly, technical know-how and experience
Surfaces polished and cleaned and ready for installation
Everything is meticulously cataloged
Since we had door panels removed for access to mirrors and door handles, this also helped us do a stellar tint installation as well
Installation
Installation Complete
Here, the left side has no film and the right side has film. As you can see, both film and installation are almost undetectable
No matter how well we catalog, that last nut or bolt makes it all worth it knowing we didn't have any spare parts. You can never get too comfortable doing the same task. Being cautious is a good thing
Replace weather stripping on roof
Finale

Suntek Topcoat
Very easy. Since we applied CQuartz FInest, a nano coating, to the film as part of this install, all client needs to do is wash and use CQuartz Reload to maintain. Since it's not his daily driver and it's garaged, he'll see us every 12-18 month for a touch-up.
Correct
We've had clients ship to us from around the country. We have three cars here from Texas and a new GT3 from ID on the way when it lands in San Diego Port in the next few weeks. Once we're done, it gets shipped to client. A GT3 that is even more perfect than new and it will stay that way for years.

Amazing car. My car is also badalt black ( won't be back until 8/11) Too bad I didn't get the black wheels as well
I also regret the PCCB just for the yellow color because I have no use for them as much as my track days are once a month only. I'm getting xpel as well.
Congrats and enjoy

Very professional work. I heard Suntek is preferred for full wraps because better adhesion and a little easier to work with. The film must not be as thick but that does not mean it is inferior.

My god that thing is perfect... Needs black headlights IMO, but black with black wheels and yellow brakes is just devilishly beautiful.
What is the film on taillights?
I feel like that car needs yellow film on the headlights actually... A-la Le Mans gt cars

Thank you!! Suntek's adhesive allows us to push the film beyond its limits without getting stretch marks and adhesive movement. It is slightly thinner, 2 mils, than XPEL Ultimate. Since this GT3 was black AND a full wrap, we felt Suntek was a better choice. It has slightly less orange peel as XPEL and other brands as well. So, visually, it was a better choice as well for this project.
