Re coding instrument cluster ?

Anyone have a copy of the TSB for 2019 Gt3 RS ?
It appears the instrument cluster needs re coding

sounds like it's this letter for the TPMS programming. My 2015 GT3 had the cluster recoded to adjust the maintenance schedule.
