What do you consider a low market price for a 991.1 GT3RS?

I just got done looking at these (and bought one). I did not see anything near the 150's as reported above. The cars in the 160's were pretty much low sticker cars, had paint work/stories, or were primarily track cars. Still some nice examples there. The cars in the 170's and mid 180's tended to be cleaner, less track use/no track use, full body PPF and well equipped. I agree the people thinking they will sell above 180K are in for a long long wait, if ever. Regardless of sticker, mileage, condition. Mine was a local car here in Atlanta with 4,030 miles, full PPF since new, GMG exhaust (with stock stuff included) CPO until 12/22, and a sticker of $215K, sold in the mid $170's. I figure I paid for a car we knew the complete history of since mile 1, and it had the PPF, CPO warranty and exhaust work I would have done anyway.
