I'm currently running the new ds 3.12 on my RS and my foot agrees with what Jeff says about the differences between the 1.11 and the 3.12. Which pad is the right one for you depends on what your foot prefers. Due to the rainy season I've only been able to run one day on the pads. I'll report back on longevity when I can.
