^ DEALER would give you MORE information?
surely you jest.
maybe if you asked where the restroom is in his dealership, otherwise I find 99% of the dealers know pretty much ZERO.

yes, I thought it was a strange comment. Maybe she was new, I don’t know. I suppose it really doesn’t matter whether the pf is in there or not. Was really just interested to know because of possible hp loss relative to those without. I’m sure it’s negligible.

I don't know if the 992 GT3 I saw on Nürburgring had PF or not but it was not quiet.

it has 2 pressure sensors , in and out,
when the exit one get less pressure the ecu starts
a self cleaning

PF looks much easier to be removed than the cats and o2 sensors

Can you say what sources are indicating not for US cars? There are several sources to the contrary further up in this thread. I want to believe this is true, but haven’t seen any credible information to the contrary.

Thanks in advance.

The 991.2 GT3 is not a new model. I doubt that they spent all sorts of R and D money to outfit an outgoing model with new technology. Yes, they are still producing new GT3s but it is not a new model as of September 1st. I agree, it would be nice to hear straight from the PCNA horse's mouth about this but from what I have read, it is not in North American 991.2 GT3s.

+1
this is the same answer I got to the question about PF that I asked at my 991.2 RS European Delivery 2 weeks ago.

thanks, I missed that in my first read. Page 26, in the 992 article, for those that subscribe. That's really interesting.

In Europe all cars sold new from 1st September 2018 must be fitted with particulate filters. Not just all new models. There’s a rash of pre registered cars around for those who want old stock without the filter.
